Today was another incredible day full of lots of creativity and engaged kiddos! We finished making our last batch of applesauce and dehydrated apple chips with Tiffany, studied a wolf figurine, drew pictures of it, and played with natural loose parts with Holly, painted with apples and letter stamps with Dawn, and went for a nature walk in the woods with Elsa. We also read some stories, put on a puppet show, built towers out of duplos, drew treasure maps, played restaurant, sang some Halloween counting songs during Community Gathering, went on a pirate adventure, and investigated the leftover pieces of an old pumpkin in our Outdoor Classroom. Our snack today was ants on a log, popcorn, and our own homemade applesauce and apple chips. Please enjoy some photos from our day!
Peace and Love, Dawn
