Snack: Oranges, watermelon, granola, and yogurt.
Play: Lots and lots of dragon play! Dragon stuffy and castle blocks abound. Some of the children enjoyed listening to the story Jane and the Dragon. We welcomed our new friend M to our preschool! Welcome to M and his family! We also discussed respecting our friends' art projects and not drawing on someone else's work (without permission of course).

Snack: corn muffins, apples, sun butter, and sunflower seeds
Inside: Trampolines, music, dancing, book reading, painting, bubble play, and creating our robot. We talked about Halloween traditions, created jack o' lanterns, and worked together to share materials. Thank you to Tracey for donating these great colorful lighting sheets used by the Flynn Theater. The children enjoyed exploring with them on the light table, holding them up to their eyes and observing the world around them, as well as taping them up in the window so we could see the light shining through them. Today's snack included: Pumpkin seeds, radishes, raisins, and crackers. It was a reaaaalllllyyy windy (and cold) day and so after a little bit of play outside we ended our day back upstairs. *Just a reminder to all families to please bring extra warm clothing options for these colder days*. Thank you so much from all of us at DSP :) Dearest Preschool Families,
