Today was a day full of laughter, learning, and lots of love! We went for a walk in the woods with Elsa, became worm hunters with Dominique, excavated more dinosaur bones with Holly, and built magnatile houses with Dawn. We also played lots of musical instruments (including Dominique's guitar!), had a dance party, created objects out of our fort magic materials, built a stage out of block and used it to perform, created mouse houses in the sandbox, and played lots of games including monkey in the middle! Our scrumptious snack was hummus, rice crackers, cucumbers, and carrots. Listed below are some of the Vermont Early Learning Standards that were highlighted in our play today. And enjoy these wonderful photos from our day! Love & Light, Dawn VELS: - Domain I.
