What a wonderful start to the week! Our Monday was just like the weather - bright, warm, and full of possibilities! We made dinosaur bones out of recycled materials with Elsa, wrote cards with Holly, put on a performance with Dominique, and made homes for insects with Dawn. We also painted more rocks, created new blue prints, made music outside, baked mud birthday cakes, built magnatile structures, played restaurant, and sang lullaby songs to a sleepy Virginia. Our scrumptious snack was oatmeal with brown sugar, raisins, apple slices, and sunflower seeds. Below are some of the Vermont Early Learning Standards highlighted in our play and as always enjoy these fantastic photos from today's adventures.
