I was so excited to be back in the classroom today after my big advocacy trip to Washington D.C. I asked some friends if they would help me make thank you cards for our Vermont legislators to say "Thank you for listening to our teachers". Several kids were more than ready to help! Magnatile exploration in a truly mixed-age group! On our walk we discovered some neighbors were doing a chainsaw project! Of course we had to stop and watch for a bit! The whole class spent a lot of time in the woods today! Half the group went to the Special Log and half the group to the Magic Bridge. It was a lot of fun for the kids to observe Virginia and see what she enjoyed about being in the woods. Magic Bridge Exploration Group Hope you are enjoying the blog! Don't forget to stop by and leave us a comment so we know you are checking it out :) THANKS!xoxo DSP Teachers

Kingston LOVES the outside time and especially the trips to the log. We have a fallen log behind our house too and he can’t get enough. Thanks for all the outdoor exploring you do :)
